Essentially a Stanley No. 118. These unbreakable steel block planes are under rated. They are indestructible and have the most secure, no-nonsense lever cap of any in the Stanley line. They are the lowest angle at 12 degrees and not subject to mouth fractures like the cast iron counterparts. Perfect for both end grain and cross grain work. They also boast the best adjuster Stanley had to offer. The 118 is light enough to carry in an apron pocket.
