NORGLASS Ship Shape 2 Pack Epoxy Primer Undercoat 1L White High Build
The ultimate high-build performance coating to obliterate background irregularities and provide filling properties prior to coating with single or 2-pack finishes. Suitable for areas of continuous immersion and osmosis repairs. Commonly used as a primer-undercoat and as a topcoat in the bilge areas of boats because of its satin gloss finish.
Produces a finish with very good abrasion, chemical and solvent resistance. Can be used as a primer and undercoat for timber, fibreglass, aluminum and concrete, as well as an undercoat over Norglass NORSHIELD ANTI-CORROSIVE PRIMER on steel surfaces, and all areas where Northane colours are to be applied.

- Finish: Low to semi-gloss
- Coverage: Up to 10m² per mixed litre (subject to porosity and texture)
- Drying Time: Touch dry in 2 hours at 20°C
- Recoating: Spraying – wet on wet. Brush/roller – overnight
- Pot Life: 8 hours at 20°C
- Mixing Ratio: 3 parts base to 1 part hardener by volume
